- Cut a crowded slide down to a single idea and decide deliberately where the detail goes.

- Choose the right chart for the question being asked: comparison, composition, change over time, distribution or relationship.
- Build a chart in Excel or Google Sheets, including getting the data into the shape the chart needs.
