A one-day workshop that turns a single mark into a working logo system: variants, rules, a delivery pack and a one-page brand sheet.

• Construct a primary mark on a geometric grid and correct it optically where the measurements look wrong
• Kern a wordmark by eye, outline it, and keep an editable master alongside the outlined artwork
• Derive a secondary lockup, a monogram and a horizontal variant from a single primary mark
• Produce full-colour, one-colour, reversed and mono versions that stay recognisable in each form
• Define a brand palette in CMYK, RGB and HEX against a client-supplied Pantone reference
• Test a mark at 16 px, as a single-colour stamp and at three metres, and simplify whichever version fails
