Most small marketing operations are busy rather than measured. Posts go out, an advertisement runs for a fortnight, an email is sent, and at the end of the quarter nobody can say which of those brought in the enquiries. This course is two days of fixing that: choosing channels for a real budget, running them properly, and setting up the measurement that tells you afterwards which one paid for itself.

Day one is the plan and the search work. You write a one-page marketing plan for a real business, yours or a supplied one, and then do the arithmetic that most plans skip: how much traffic you need, at what conversion rate, at what cost per acquisition, before a channel is worth running at all. You then work through search from both sides, doing keyword research and mapping terms to pages, fixing titles and meta descriptions on pages that are already getting impressions, and building a Google Search campaign with a sensible account structure, negative keywords, ad copy and a landing page that matches what the advertisement promised.

Day two covers paid social, email and landing pages in the morning, then measurement all afternoon. You install GA4 on a practice site, configure key events for form submissions and clicks, build a UTM tagging convention your whole team can follow, and assemble a one-page Looker Studio dashboard that answers what a manager actually asks: where did the enquiries come from, what did they cost, and is that better or worse than last month. You finish with attribution explained in plain language, including why the numbers in three different platforms will never agree, and with the consent and personal data rules that apply when you are tracking people, covering Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act and, for anyone marketing into Europe or the UK, GDPR in outline.

Nothing in the course requires you to spend money on advertising. Campaigns are built to the point of launch and then paused, so you learn the setup, the targeting and the budgeting without a live spend. If you do want to run a campaign for real during the class, bring your own account and budget and the instructor will review it with you before you press publish.

Classes run live online in your own timezone or in the classroom in Colombo, and the recording is available to you for twelve months. Pricing is shown in LKR for learners in Sri Lanka and in USD for everyone else. Organisations can be invoiced against a purchase order, and a private run can be built entirely around your own website, accounts and figures.
