Two days of InDesign for beginners. Build a twelve-page booklet with parent pages, styles and tables, then export and package it for print.
What you'll be able to do
- Set up a multi-page document with facing pages, margins, columns, bleed and slug
- Build parent pages carrying a running head, automatic page numbers and a repeating grid
- Flow a long text file through threaded frames across a twelve-page booklet
- Create and apply paragraph and character styles, then restyle the whole document by editing one style
- Control text wrap, anchored objects and object styles so that images and captions travel with the text
- Place, crop and fit images using frame fitting options, and manage them through the Links panel
