One day on Acrobat Pro: combining and editing, review and e-signature, interactive forms, redaction, accessibility and batch actions, with ACP exam practice.

What you'll be able to do

• Combine Word files, images and scans into a single PDF with the pages in the right order and a working bookmark structure.
• Run text recognition on a scanned document so it can be searched, selected and copied.
• Edit text and images inside an existing PDF, export to Word or Excel knowing what survives the conversion, and compare two versions to list what actually changed.
• Collect comments from several reviewers into one file, summarise them, and send a document for electronic signature and track its status.
• Build an interactive form with text fields, checkboxes, dropdowns, a calculated total and a sensible tab order.
• Distribute a form and collect the responses into a single response file you can export.
