Tell us the work you need to produce and we will tell you which course covers it, including when the answer is that you do not need one.

The quickest route to a useful answer is [email protected]. Include the course you are looking at, the date, and a sentence about the work you need to do afterwards. That last part is what lets us tell you whether Level 1 or Level 2 is the right buy, or whether a private cohort would cost your team less than five public seats.

MyLearnPlus is a training business operated by Livezen Technologies. A telephone number, WhatsApp line and office hours will be listed here once they are in service — until then email is the fastest way to reach a person, and we answer within one working day. Our registered office and company registration number appear on every invoice we issue, and we will send them to anybody who asks.

Which course should I take

Email [email protected] with a description of the work, your current level and your deadline. We reply with a recommendation and the next dates, in LKR or USD depending on where you are billed.

Corporate and team training

Use the quote request form with your team size, software, timing and preferred delivery mode. You receive a syllabus, dates and a fixed price rather than a rate card.

Bookings, invoices and purchase orders

Email us with the learner names, the course, the date and your billing entity. We hold the seats while the invoice is processed and send joining instructions to each learner.

Transfers and cancellations

Written requests only, to [email protected], with the order number and the date you would prefer. Notice periods run from the day we receive your email.

Access requirements

Tell us at least five business days before your class and we will arrange materials in advance, captions, extra breaks or room adjustments. No diagnosis or evidence is required.

Data, privacy and complaints

Email [email protected] marked for the data protection contact for access, correction or erasure requests. Complaints are acknowledged within two business days.

‘We will not put you on a mailing list because you asked a question, we will not chase you with sales calls after a quote, and we will not sell you a course you do not need. If a self-paced module, a free Adobe tutorial or simply a different piece of software is the better answer to your problem, that is what we will tell you.’
